This is our main programming for Barbell Club. Version 1.0 Currently includes the Novice Barbell Program and the Power Up Program. Next Update scheduled will include our Olympic Weightlifting programming.

This 8-week training strength & conditioning plan is meant to build your Legs & Glutes while firming everything else up.

This program is built to help you build up your stamina utilizing a combination of HIIT, sustained cardio, and High-Intensity Training.

The GenFit Kit Workout Program is a flexible workout program that allows you to have tons of options, just plug & play! The workouts are built to be short (20-30 minutes) and efficient.
The SuperTotal Olympic Weightlifting Program is an Intermediate/Advanced program for experienced Olympic Weightlifters.
STRONGMAN STORM WORKOUTS
A sampling of some of my favorite fun workouts using modern Strongman Equipment. These "choose your own adventure" workouts will challenge you every way possible.
